Projects featured in our portfolio are shown to demonstrate our work and are used with the understanding that they represent completed engagements. If you are a client and would like your project removed from our portfolio, contact us at hello@oursite.studio and we will accommodate reasonable requests.
Specific scope, timeline, deliverables and pricing for any web design or development engagement will be confirmed in a separate written quote or agreement prior to work beginning. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any such project-specific agreement.
Pricing displayed on our Pricing page is indicative and subject to change based on project scope confirmed during discovery. Payment terms, deposit requirements and refund conditions are set out in our Refund Policy and any signed project agreement.
Upon full and final payment for a project, ownership of the final approved deliverables (such as source files and final designs) transfers to the client, except for any third-party assets, licensed stock content, code libraries, or our own pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain licensed for the client's use in that project only.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Legal Business Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services, beyond amounts actually paid to us for the relevant engagement.
